Andrew T. Chan is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) who represents London Market and U.S. cyber insurers in matters involving technology, cyber, and privacy. His work includes coverage evaluation, risk mitigation, and litigation management for data breach incidents, consumer privacy class actions, and regulatory investigations.
