community leadership

Leading by Example

Since our inception in 2019, Atheria is proud to have participated in pro bono, volunteering, and donation opportunities that help make a positive impact in our communities.

We support organizations that share and advance our core values and beliefs surrounding racial, social, and income equality. We solicit every employee’s ideas about organizations for the firm to support, and we back up our commitment by making sure our team members are not constrained by oppressive or unrealistic billing expectations so they have time to volunteer service for causes they believe in.
