Andrew is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and represents London and U.S. cyber insurers with a focus on technology, cyber, and privacy matters. His work includes providing insurance coverage evaluation, risk mitigation, and litigation management on matters involving data breaches, consumer privacy class actions, intellectual property disputes, software implementation, and regulatory investigations. Andrew has nearly a decade of experience litigating business and insurance disputes, including at the appellate level. Andrew also assists insurers with developing policy wordings for cyber policies and has direct experience working for claims and underwriting teams while seconded to an international cyber insurer. Christina focuses her practice on technology, cyber, and privacy law. She represents insurers on cyber, privacy, and intellectual property claims brought against companies and public entities. She also counsels insurers regarding data breach and cyber events, including the investigation of such events, notifications to consumers and regulators, and the defense of regulatory investigations and class action lawsuits.
