Andrew T. Chan is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) who represents London Market and U.S. cyber insurers in matters involving technology, cyber, and privacy. His work includes coverage evaluation, risk mitigation, and litigation management for data breach incidents, consumer privacy class actions, and regulatory investigations. With more than a decade of experience litigating business and insurance disputes, including appellate matters, Andrew also assists insurers with policy wording for cyber coverage and has worked directly with claims and underwriting teams while seconded to an international cyber insurer.
