Jamison Narbaitz Chairing PLI Program “Negotiation Skills Essentials 2024”

Atheria Law's Jamison Narbaitz will chair the Practising Law Institute’s Negotiation Skills Essentials 2024 program on Tuesday, March 5 in San Francisco. The one-day program will be presented in person and online covering topics including how to develop strategies for effective negotiations, bargaining and concessions, and choosing amongst the different methods of alternative dispute resolution.

As chair of the event, Jamison will deliver the opening remarks at 9:00 a.m. PST, will speak on a panel, “Bargaining – Mastering Tactics of Effective Negotiating,” at 3:00 p.m. PST, and will moderate all other panels.

The program is eligible for CLE credits, depending on the attendee’s jurisdiction.
