Jamison (Jamie) Narbaitz is one of the founding partners of Atheria Law. Drawing on nearly a quarter century of legal and insurance experience, he assists London Market (Lloyd's) and U.S. insurers with complex matters. As head of the firm's Coverage Litigation practice, he represents insurers in lawsuits in state and federal courts across the United States. Acting as coverage advice and monitoring counsel, he advises insurers on claims around the globe with a focus on professional liability, cyber, privacy class actions (including biometrics and pixel tracking), technology errors and omissions (including software implementation), technology products, and media liability (including online defamation and intellectual property infringement). He also prepares bespoke policy wordings for insurers. Clients know they can count on his creativity and deep industry knowledge to efficiently resolve challenging claims and coverage disputes. He has written and spoken extensively on issues involving insurance law and civil litigation. Jamie is fiercely proud of his Basque heritage and is an avid guitar player.
