Susannah represents insurers in claims involving cyber and privacy issues, including data and security breaches, cyber extortion, regulatory compliance, media liability, and related lawsuits including class actions. She has significant experience litigating insurance coverage cases involving CGL, property, E&O, and D&O policies, and has litigated complex cases in state and federal courts, including at the appellate level, throughout the United States. Prior to her legal career, Susannah negotiated advertising campaigns for one of the nation's largest wireless companies, bringing a distinctive business perspective to her coverage practice.
