Susannah Eichele represents insurers in claims involving cyber and privacy issues, including data and security breaches, cyber extortion, regulatory compliance, media liability, and related lawsuits such as class actions. She also has extensive experience litigating coverage cases involving CGL, property, errors and omissions, and directors and officers liability policies. Susannah has litigated complex matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the United States. Before beginning her legal career, she negotiated advertising campaigns for one of the nation’s largest wireless companies. She earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2009 and her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine. Susannah is admitted to the State Bar of California and to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California. She served as Chair of the Insurance Section of the Orange County Bar Association in 2020.
