Richard advises insurers regarding cybersecurity, technology, media and privacy, as well as professional liability matters. During law school, Rich was a member of the Honors Society, served as Senior Production Editor of the UC Law Journal, and competed on the Moot Court team. He was a summer associate at Atheria in 2024 and in his third year, he published a note in the UC Law Journal analyzing the impacts of the 2023 SEC amendments to beneficial ownership reporting on shareholder activism. Outside of work, Rich enjoys running, playing guitar, and supporting the Golden State Warriors and Valkyries. Rich received his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and his B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. During the Summer of 2024, Rich worked with the firm as a summer associate.
