Rebekah has over ten years of experience representing domestic and international insurers. Her practice includes first- and Third-Party cyber claims of all types arising worldwide, as well as litigation and counseling regarding technology errors and omissions, media liability, commercial general liability, and other lines of coverage. As part of Atheria's Technology, Media, and Privacy team, Rebekah works on behalf of London Market and U.S. insurers across a broad spectrum of matters, including data breach response, ransomware and cyber extortion, privacy class actions, intellectual property disputes, and regulatory investigations arising from privacy violations.
