Her practice spans two of Atheria's core groups, supporting insurers across a broad range of complex claims including data breach response, privacy class actions, technology errors and omissions, and professional liability disputes. On the professional liability side, Quinn works with insurers and their insureds ranging from solo practitioners to the largest professional services firms in the world, regularly handling bet-the-company claims with alleged damages in the billions of dollars. Her work includes representing primary insurers and excess towers, analyzing legal malpractice risks arising from complex transactions and litigation, negotiating commercial resolutions of multi-party and multijurisdictional disputes, and counseling insurers on complex coverage issues and loss reserves. Quinn has been involved with the Atheria team since the beginning of her legal career.
