His notable experience includes assessing coverage and advising insurers regarding large data breach incidents, regulatory liabilities, and consumer class-action litigation impacting a wide range of industries and business sectors, as well as significant business interruption losses impacting manufacturers and providers of outsourced technology services. Michael received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his B.A. (cum laude) from Saint Mary’s College of California.
