Kevin represents insurers in technology, media, intellectual property, and cyber and privacy claims, including errors and omissions claims and data security and privacy breaches. Prior to joining Atheria, Kevin served as in-house coverage counsel for an insurer and worked at private law firms representing domestic and European insurers. He has significant experience in insurance coverage analysis and litigation involving cyber, general liability, business automobile, and professional liability policies, as well as catastrophic injury and environmental and toxic tort litigation.
