Kevin M. Haithcox represents insurers in technology, media, intellectual property, and cyber/privacy matters, including errors and omissions claims and data security and privacy breaches. He assists insurers with developing and implementing claims resolution strategies and has extensive experience in coverage analysis and litigation involving cyber, general liability, business automobile, and professional liability policies. His background also includes handling catastrophic injury, environmental, and toxic tort litigation. Kevin earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1992, where he concentrated in trial advocacy, and his B.A. from Pomona College. He is admitted to the State Bar of California. Outside the office, Kevin enjoys reading great books by the ocean.
