Kelly brings over 30 years of experience working with both domestic and London Market insurers. Her practice focuses on resolving and managing complex insurance coverage issues with particular interest in technology, privacy and cyber, and professional liability insurance, including errors and omissions, private non-profit management liability, public company directors and officers’ liability, and employment practices liability. Her practice also includes the drafting of policy wording. Kelly has worked in both private practice and as senior in-house claim counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company. She is a committed advocate for diversity and inclusion both within the firm and across the broader insurance industry.
