Kelly has more than 25 years of experience working with both domestic and London insurers. Her practice focuses on resolving and managing complex insurance coverage issues with particular interest in technology, privacy & cyber, and professional liability insurance, including errors and omissions, private non-profit management liability, public company directors and officers liability, and employment practices liability. Additionally, Kelly’s practice includes the drafting of policy wording. Kelly has worked in both private practice and as senior in-house claim counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company and frequently speaks on emerging coverage and legal issues. She is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion, and most recently served as co-leader of the Women At Work Committee for Dive-In America 2021.
