With more than a decade of experience in insurance coverage disputes, he has handled litigation involving the scope of insurance coverage, bad faith, equitable contribution among co-insurers, and equitable subrogation between primary and excess insurers. Joshua earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2000, as well as his B.A. and M.A. from the University of California, Davis. He is admitted to the State Bar of California. Outside the office, Joshua enjoys spending time with his two daughters and is passionate about cooking, podcasts, movies, video games, and kayaking.
