Jessica represents insurers in respect of first- and Third-Party matters involving cyber and privacy losses and technology, media, and intellectual property claims. Her practice includes facilitating front-line incident response to data breach and ransomware incidents of varying magnitude, providing coverage advice regarding statutory and regulatory liabilities, and monitoring and advising on individual and class action litigation involving high-stakes exposures in the areas of data breaches, consumer privacy, advertising, intellectual property, and software implementation. Prior to joining Atheria, Jessica gained significant litigation and insurance coverage experience, including at the appellate level, during her six years at a prominent insurance coverage firm in the Bay Area.
