Gabriela focuses her practice on the representation of insurers in cybersecurity, data breach, and privacy claims, advising clients on first- and Third-Party coverage of a wide range of privacy incidents. Prior to joining Atheria, Gabriela worked on the broker side, focusing on D&O and employment practices liability claims advocacy for both private (including unicorn) and public company insureds, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the claims process and a broad knowledge of various lines of coverage.
