Felicia is an experienced litigator who focuses on privacy and technology insurance issues. Her strong litigation background includes supervising complex cases from inception through trial. She has also worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop nationwide litigation strategies for novel legal issues in the online commerce space. Felicia advises on matters concerning all aspects of cyber insurance coverage, including incident response, the defense of regulatory investigations, and class actions. When not at work, Felicia can be found hiking, trying a new restaurant, watching hockey, and traveling. She earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she was Chief Editor, Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team. Felicia received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
