She represents and advises insurers on a broad range of cyber, privacy, media, and technology matters, including coverage analysis and monitoring of claims arising from computer network and data breaches, resulting consumer lawsuits, and regulatory investigations, as well as litigation concerning media and intellectual property. EJ also advises insurers on cyber market trends, policy wording and drafting, the setup of new insurance programs, vendor and service provider relationships, and claims processes. She brings nearly a decade of litigation experience to her practice, having handled complex insurance coverage litigation, class actions, and commercial disputes.
