He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1993 and his B.S. from the University of Alabama. David is admitted to the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Georgia, where he is active in the Professional Liability Section and the Tort and Insurance Practice Section. He is also a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
