Christina “Tina” advises London Market and domestic insurers with respect to complex claims reported under policies issued to licensed professionals, including global design and construction firms, health care facilities, real estate professionals, and law firms. She also represents insurers across a broad range of insurance coverage issues arising under professional liability, general liability, and excess/umbrella policies. Tina's practice is resolution-focused, and she has negotiated multi-million-dollar settlements of significant, high-profile claims and coverage disputes during her 25-year legal career. She also has extensive experience litigating and trying multi-party insurance coverage disputes. As a founding member of Atheria, Tina has been instrumental in shaping the firm's team-based approach and commitment to inclusion.
