She advises clients regarding first- and third-party coverage of various privacy incidents, including incidents involving cyber extortion, ransomware, malware, privacy lawsuits, regulatory investigations, and resulting data loss and business interruption losses. Annie is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professional since 2014. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (cum laude) and her Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) from the University of Arizona.
