Alexander Nguyen advises and represents London Market and U.S. cyber insurers, focusing on cybersecurity, data breach, and privacy matters. His practice includes coverage evaluation, risk mitigation, and litigation management for claims of all sizes, and he regularly assists in front-line incident response. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2012 and his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego. Alexander is admitted to the State Bar of California and is an active member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), the California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP), the Asian Americans Insurance Network (AAIN), and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).
