The Opportunity
Our Technology, Media & Privacy practice group is seeking a full-time paralegal to support attorneys primarily based in our San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. The team represents insurers that issue policies covering technology, cyber/data breach, privacy, and related risks.
This role is well suited for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position may be based in either our San Francisco or Los Angeles office.

Atheria supports flexible working arrangements, including remote work when appropriate. At the same time, we value in-person collaboration to strengthen teamwork, deepen institutional knowledge, and deliver exceptional client service.
This position follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office attendance required two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays during standard business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation
The expected annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. The salary offered will be determined by a range of factors including but not limited to experience level, relevant skills, and location of position. Paralegals also participate in an hours-based bonus and discretionary bonus program.
