Three Attorneys Elevated to Partnership

Atheria Law is proud to announce the election of Charlotte Worlock, Nicole (Nikki) Shapiro, and Nicholas (Nick) Lieberknecht to the firm’s partnership. Collectively, Charlotte, Nikki, and Nick have over 40 years of experience representing insurers in a wide variety of contexts, and each of them has worked with the founding partners of the firm for over 10 years. The promotion of these outstanding attorneys demonstrates the firm’s culture of diversity and organic growth, and the firm congratulates and welcomes them to the partnership.

Charlotte is based in the United Kingdom and is dual-qualified in the United States and England/Wales. She represents insurers with respect to technology, media, intellectual property, and cyber claims.

Nikki is based in San Francisco and represents insurers in connection with complex errors and omissions claims against professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and other business advisors.

Nick, also based in San Francisco, concentrates his practice on representing U.S. and London Market insurers in connection with disputes around the world involving design professionals and construction companies, with a focus on errors and omissions policies issued to architects and engineers.
