The Mid-Market Report: At Atheria Law, Diversity Is ‘More Than Checking Off Boxes’

Atheria Law was featured in Law.com’s The Mid-Market Report on October 28, 2020 in a Q&A discussion with Atheria’s President, Christina Terplan. Addressing the firm’s commitment to diversity, Christina says, “We truly believe our diversity and respect for our employees differentiates our firm and we understand that creating a diverse and inclusive workplace requires more than checking off boxes. A commitment to diversity requires active participation from the leadership and across the firm.” This commitment is demonstrated in the numbers: the firm is majority women-owned and more than 50% of the attorneys and staff are women, people of color, LGBTQ+, or identify as belonging to one or more underrepresented groups.
