Atheria Law Recognized in 2025 Women In Law Report by Law360 Pulse

Atheria Law has been ranked in the 2025 Law360 Pulse Women in Law Report, which tracks and identifies how firms are hiring, promoting and retaining women attorneys. The firm earned two rankings in the “100 or fewer attorneys” category, including:

  • No. 17 overall, based on the pipeline score calculation
  • No. 6 on the “Ceiling Smashers” list, based on the percentage of women equity partners

This recognition comes shortly after Law360 Pulse announced the results of its 2025 Diversity Snapshot, in which Atheria Law earned three top 10 rankings based on the firm’s minority representation data. According to the 2025 Women in Law Report, women hold just 26.4% of equity partner positions in the industry – however, at Atheria, women hold 57.1% of equity partner roles. 

Law360 Pulse’s 2025 Women in Law Report is part of a series expanding data driven insights and is based on the surveys completed by 249 participating firms. Firms are ranked and grouped by size to allow for meaningful comparison among peer firms.
