Law360 Pulse’s 2025 Diversity Snapshot showcases information from its annual law firm survey, calculating diversity data across the attorney pipeline, from associates through equity partners, across various minority and racial ethnic groups as defined by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Firms are ranked and grouped by size to allow for meaningful comparison among peer firms.

The 2025 snapshot evaluated 248 law firms. Notably, the highest overall scores were posted by firms in the “100 or fewer attorneys” category, demonstrating the important role that law firms of all sizes play in advancing diversity in the legal industry.
