Atheria Law Promotes Five Attorneys to Senior Associate
Atheria Law is pleased to announce that the firm has promoted Jessica Scott, Karen Hart, Jeffrey Leight, Michael Niebuhr, and Andrew Le to Senior Associate.

Jessica Scott represents insurers regarding cybersecurity, data breaches, and privacy claims and class actions. Jessica also has significant coverage litigation experience, including at the appellate level.
Karen Hart represents insurers in matters involving technology, media, and privacy-related claims. Her practice also includes litigating coverage issues under various policy forms, including commercial general liability (CGL), errors and omissions (E&O), and directors and officers (D&O) insurance.
Jeffrey Leight advises insurers in cyber security, data breaches, and privacy matters, often helping to facilitate front-line incident response. Earlier in his career, he represented some of the largest insurers and corporations in the world in complex, high exposure civil litigation matters.
Michael Niebuhr focuses his practice on representing insurers in cyber and privacy losses, as well as matters involving technology, media, and intellectual property. He counsels clients on complex legal and coverage issues under E&O and cyber/privacy policies, particularly those involving high-stakes litigation and emerging legal questions.
Andrew Le advises insurers on matters involving professional liability, general liability, and property insurance. His work focuses on E&O policies for professionals across industries and includes defending insurers in a variety of coverage disputes.
