Atheria Law Partner Charlotte Worlock Selected to Business Insurance 2025 Women to Watch EMEA List
Atheria Law partner Charlotte Worlock has been selected to the Business Insurance 2025 Women to Watch EMEA list, which honors the achievements of outstanding female leaders in the insurance and risk management industry. The EMEA honorees will be recognized at an awards event in December in London.
Under Worlock’s leadership, the firm’s London office has become a hub for international cyber and technology insurance advice. The team counsels leading insurers in high-profile ransomware incidents, multijurisdictional disputes, and regulatory matters under GDPR and beyond. Worlock is known for her collaborative approach and for the time she dedicates to mentoring rising young professionals. Worlock also is a strong advocate for inclusion within the industry.
Worlock’s transatlantic career began in California, where she worked with the team on some of the earliest U.S. data breach claims when cyber risks were just emerging. She went on to build a market-leading practice in London, drawing on her U.S. experience to advise insurers on complex, cross-border matters. Worlock is dual-qualified in the U.S. and UK and leads the firm’s internal secondment program that introduces the firm’s U.S. lawyers to the London insurance market and continues to build a valuable foundation of cross-border experience.
This well-deserved recognition reflects Worklock’s trailblazing work in cyber insurance as well as her commitment to building top-tier teams, helping clients navigate high-stakes challenges, and working to advance the industry with integrity and innovation.
